Our Story

We started STANDARD because the basics drawer shouldn't be complicated. Most of what people actually wear — a plain tee, a crewneck sweatshirt, a pair of sweatpants — gets buried under seasonal collections, gendered sizing, and seven near-identical shades of grey. We picked one fit per style, eight core colors, and sizes that run the same way across the whole line. Build a wardrobe once, not every quarter.

Every piece is made to be worn hard and washed often. That means fabric weights that hold up, seams that don't give out, and a color palette designed to actually go together — because we're wearing this stuff too, and we'd rather not think about it. STANDARD isn't trying to be the next thing. It's trying to be the thing you already own, just made a little better.
